I waited for over an hour to get to a chair. When I got there my wait time was around 40 minutes. Then the "next available stylist" didn't want to cut my hair so I had to wait even longer. I was not very happy with the way this visit went.

Paying for two children at the same time...... please, please let The client decide on the tip split. One stylist was fine, but I needed to repeat my wishes and suggest to look at what the other stylish was doing. The other stylist was making the child laugh talking to me about a few serious referral items. I wanted to tip 5.00 and 10.00. But your computer does a 7.50 7.50 split. What if I wanted to do a 100. Surprise tip for a dynamhic individual... the normal worker gets to take 50.? Work around would be to check kids in separately and have to retype all my contact info.... or you could just understand and fix..... we don't all tip on average, with splits... we tip on the individual service.
