The haircut I received was entirely too short. Alicia was distracted by a number of things and got carried away with how much hair she was removing. When I told her it was too short, she tried to point out that it was "finger length" but only my bangs were left that length. She needs to pay attention to what she is doing and check with the customer on length while there is still hair up there. While this experience may not make me stop going to Sport Clips, it is making me think about it. I think a proper barber might be a better idea.
