Usually i have a great experience here but feel like I should comment that upon getting in my car and seeing my hair, I was astonished at how bad of a fade it was. Hardlines that were not even close to even. I didnt even want hard lines. I feel bad because I didnt see exactly how bad it was it I'd have not payed and had it fixed there. Instead my friend who does hair locally fixed it for free. She may have been having a mental breakdown or something judging by how tweaky and fast moving she was.

I started getting an unkempt look just before Thanksgiving. The store was full of people ahead of me, but they offered a free, next in line, trim over the ears, neck and sides. This was great, and FREE. Yes, go to the front of the line and get a FREE trim. My hair looks much better (won't scare anyone with it). AND, they were so helpful and warm and fun.
Great experience. GO THERE. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Brittany is great. Just like Carrie. Brittany should be the mayor’s assistant since Carrie is the mayor. You should give Brittany Sunday’s off because she should spend it with her family. Buy both ladies a cheeseburger for such great service!
