I just received the worst haircut of my life. The directions on file indicate scissor cut on the sides and back. The "cutter" started immediately with Clippers. I didn't know what was happening until I noticed big clumps of hair falling into my lap.
I now have a hair cut with 1/4" length on the sides and back and 1/2 to 1" on top. I fell like a pig with pig bristles. My hair won't even lay flat on top my head. I'm 75 yrs old and embarrassed to be seen in public. I dont think I'll ever come back to your place.
