I went in earlier than normal, to get clean looking hair cut for my trip. It Wasn't busy and Bell fit me right in! She tried to follow Brittany's note and did a reasonable job of keeping me looking respectable!

I just received the worst haircut of my life. The directions on file indicate scissor cut on the sides and back. The "cutter" started immediately with Clippers. I didn't know what was happening until I noticed big clumps of hair falling into my lap.
I now have a hair cut with 1/4" length on the sides and back and 1/2 to 1" on top. I fell like a pig with pig bristles. My hair won't even lay flat on top my head. I'm 75 yrs old and embarrassed to be seen in public. I dont think I'll ever come back to your place.
