This has been my second experience at this location, and I prefer the first experience. My main issue is the employee who I interacted with, the first red flag was he rested and applied pressure on my head with his forearms- it hurt my neck and made me feel automatically attacked... I knew it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience at that moment. After that he started berating me with extremely personal questions and I felt obliged to answer because I was stuck in his seat, with a stranger dragging my head around like a ragdoll. And he had touched my chest in a sensual way twice. I felt very manipulated by this employee and the only slightly good thing was, he massaged my head as he was shampooing it. If I do return to this location, I will be avoiding this person. I feel partly guilty for leaving this review because I know it is not going to end well, but I'd feel more guilty if he did the same things to another soul sitting in his chair.

I fear the staff may end up sick from wearing the masks and getting o.p. hair in their lungs and stuck in their skin. Has anyone considered what damage may be done to these hard working craftsmen/women? Enough already with the fucking masks.
