I arrived at the place at 8:45 am to find out you don't open until 9:00. I returned at 9:10 am and found about 3 people already in the waiting area. I signed in and sat down. After these three people and an additional 3 or 4 walked right in to be served I found out there is an apt that people use to make off site appointments. I finally was waited on at 10:45, a one and one-half hour wait. About 20 people were taken care of ahead of me. This just doesn't seem right. Maybe there should be one attendant that handles just walk-ins. Signed, a pleasant day turned ugly.
