Britney and Lisa have created an almost perfect retail haircut experience. The mood is always positive and upbeat and I get a great haircut consistently. These ladies are talented and hardworking but never forget to treat each customer with a beautiful smile!
The app is a frustrating and ridiculous way for a professional working person to try to schedule a hair cut. There should be a option to preschedule rather than play a game on their phone and try to work their day around a hair cut. If it weren't for Britney and Lisa I would never go to Sport Clips. The app should have and option to schedule an appointment like all other businesses on the planet throughout the history of time.

Brittney and Joy are both amazing and they always give me a great cut. I switch between them and their stores every other cut because otherwise they miss me, and I miss them... when they were at the same store, they often fought over who cut my hair (so it’s easier now that they are across town) they have gone above and beyond to get to know me and create a personal bond... I look forward to getting haircuts because of these two wonderful human beings!
