Good experience. Price was a little steep for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Over all, I'm fine with what happened & overall the stylist presented her self well despite the face jewelry. Anyone dealing with the public and wanting to be tipped should promote common interests and that includes neutrality regarding attitude and appearance.

I think I may have put down the wrong times. The appt was for 1:09, started at 1:32, after she was doing garbage at 1:19.

My on-line appt was for 1109. I arrived about ten minutes before that. At 1129, Lisa was emptying garbage and distributing clean towels. Apparently the garbage was more important than my time. We finally got into the chair about 1132; unacceptable. She claimed the delay was caused by double-MVP offers.
