Joy gave a mediocre haircut. It also seems like a bad idea to have half of the stylists on their lunch break at 1230. That is when working people come to get thei haircut.

Britney always does a wonderful job on my hair. I struggle with checking in online though sometimes I check in and get up to get my haircut and my name is not even on the roster. Besides that it was a good experience.

Carrie is the champion of champions of hair stylists! Buy her a Mountain Dew. Or a fire popsicle during the summer months. If Carrie was a police officer she would be a commander. If she was in politics she would be President. You should promote Carrie. Or if nothing else give her more money. She probably brings your company millions in income a year with how GREAT she is. Brittany clearly learned from Carrie because she is GREAT too.

I am very picky about who cuts my hair. I have had only 3 people in my adult life cut my hair...Joy at the East Bend location rocks it. She is always friendly and cuts my hair just the way I like it. I keep coming back because of her and will continue to come back be of her. Joy rocks! But just talking with all your staff at the east Bend location they are an awesome group of people.
