Stylist was nice.
Out of all the haircuts I've gotten at Sport Clips, this was by far the worse. I think stylist went too fast. I didnt know how bad it really was until I tried to style it when I got home later. I'm definitely not happy with it everytime I look in the mirror.

Service, friendliness, overall experience.
I expected to use a $10-off coupon I had taken a picture of with my phone, from the Smart Shopper catalog. I was told I needed the physical coupon in order to qualify for the discount. I feel this is somewhat dishonest and unnecessary. I won’t be returning to Sport Clips unless this discount can be credited to my account in some way.

Probably the best haircut I’ve had from there in years! It looks clean and I feel nice and fresh! I could tell that she was doing her very best to make me look and feel good as she took her time to cut, line, wash and gel my hair! Very satisfied
